Can I get a refund for my membership?
Premium Membership subscription purchases and renewal fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your Premium Membership subscription, you will receive a confirmation email and your account will automatically downgrade at the end of your current billing period. Sittercity does not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods.
What is the Bright Horizons corporate benefit at Sittercity?
Sittercity parents may be eligible for free Premium access as part of their corporate benefit through Bright Horizons. How do I cancel my Sittercity subscription?
